The cottage was all that we expected and more

October 2006

We just returned home from our most wonderful retreat. We have been so blessed. The cottage was all that we expected and more. It was very comfortable and clean. We lacked for nothing.

Our dog Finn really liked the soft grassy lawn. We really loved the location and spent much time walking Finn on the beach. The sunsets were just as beautiful as those we are used to on our usual evening walks along Alki beach.

We ate at and enjoyed the local restaurants and even made a few jaunts into the countryside enjoying the autumn colors.

We aren't very 'touristy' so we enjoyed the solitude of the entire area in October. The weather was beautiful. It only began to rain the day we were to leave.

We really want to thank you for the wonderful time we experience and hopefully we will be able to return again next year.

Swimming, biking and water-sliding

"Thank you for a lovely stay! We loved walking, swimming, biking and water-sliding here. We even took the kids on a day trip to Lake Samish for swimming and it was wonderful. Another day trip to Dino Town and Transamerica water slides - They loved it!!

The house was fabulous. We will definably recommend it to others."
